Who am I?

My name is Carla Schroeder and I hail from Nampa, Idaho. After working in the corporate world for 24 years, my husband Clynt and I bought a traditional business…thinking we were achieving the American dream! After working 7 years, 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, the market shifted and we were forced into bankruptcy. We lost everything!

Right about that time I found the profession of Network Marketing, and saw immediately that it could change things for us. At the time we were rolling pennies for food, my husband had holes in every pair of socks; hadn't been in a restaurant for 2 years when we celebrated our anniversary at KFC; it was a sad state of affairs.

I believed network marketing could provide the lifestyle we were looking for PLUS I could help others change their lives. I found a great company, had a smart-working team, and developed a5 figure monthly income.

We built our dream home, retired my husband, and helped others. We were living the life we were told Network Marketing could provide when the Unthinkable happened! The product that was responsible for a majority of my income was taken away from the company and my income plummeted. The good news to this story is that what “they” always said is true: residual income works! You see, I did lose a portion of my income, but I have continued to receive a monthly residual check from that particular company!

Being a persistent person is what led me to the life we lead now!

I looked for other companies and found some good ones. Unfortunately none had ALL the components I was looking for. I wanted to be able to make big money again but I had requirements:

1. A strong, easily understood product;

2. A company that I could be proud to share with others.

5. Of critical importance is the management team; their experience and consideration for the distributors.

6. Most of all, because of my vast experience in Network Marketing, and training abilities, I wanted to be able to guide the masses in their quest for success.

My mantra has always been “when my team is successful, I’m successful.” When I received an award for “Most Inspiring Leader”, with a standing ovation, I was so very humbled, knowing that I had been able to help others; on the flip side, I didn't feel there were enough people on my team really earning the income they deserved.
